Lucille Silva Dixon
Co-Founder

A Santa Rosa County teacher since 2011, Lucille is currently an ESE inclusion kindergarten teacher. She received her Masters in Elementary Education in 2010 from Phoenix University after God
revealed to her that He wanted her to teach His children.

Prior to teaching, her career choice was grocery/bakery manager. She worked in
retail for 25 years at three major grocery chains. While working, she pursued her
education and received her BSBA from the University of West Florida in 2004. She continued and received her MBA from Virginia College of Birmingham in 2008.
Lucille's love for children and her obedience to God, has now led her to further her mission by being a director to help mold, lead, and guide teens on their path to adulthood.
